Production Notes
The “Holy Trinity” of botanicals are distilled in maceration, and the additional 4 botanicals are macerated after distillation. The 2nd maceration requires a 3 month resting period, the result of the process is the unique flavor and natural green hue. Please note, each bottle is vintage dated and numbered. The flavor will vary based on nuances of the annual wormwood harvest. The product is distilled by 4th generation Absinthe producer, Yves Kübler.
